PhD student in Comparison of the efficacy of novel, lipid-based reagents for artificial nuclease delivery through targeting of GFP at NICB, Dublin City University (DCU). The aim of the project is to establish the most potent combinations of artificial nuclease/DNA probes and lipid-based transfection reagents improving the efficiency of delivery and gene targeting, minimizing the effects on cell viability.
